To identify deficiencies or dysfunctions that could enable growth, cause conflict or create frustrations among administrators and/or having and efficiently governed administrative system.

This service is provided to serve the Kingdom in credentialing. These credentials are not given to non-partners, rather, it is designed to assist the clergy person with navigating their call by providing guidance in discerning the call of God on one's life.

IM Global provides global training for the church and/or missionary to prepare those in the body of Christ called to the mission field. Additionally, there will be training in fraud detection to help counteract and identify those with ill intentions in foreign ministry. This training will assist in developing a deeper discernment when establishing international relationships.

This training helps with establishing an administrative process that compliments the vision. If a ministry has a great vision but a poor administrative process, it can lead to destruction. Compliance training will assess business structures and organizational models help to conceptualize the compliant needs of the vision.

This design to assist ministries and/or organizations with project management, vision casting and team building. We believe that great vision can be hindered by under developed teams, inadequate skill sets and by good people in the wrong position.

Leadership is a vast subject. Intersecting Ministries Global provides opportunity for leadership empowerment. Leaders are trained in with other leaders. Also, leaders are offered segregated training related to their calling, field of interest, or study.
